Register:
All first time customers need to register with us at one of our branches or online before they can process a transaction.
Personal customers Complete and submit the online registration form (just click on the Register button above) – we will need a few basic details about you - such as your name and address.
You will also need to supply to us a copy of your personal ID. You must send it to us by fax, scanned email or post. Contact details are provided below.
I-Pay Worldwide will verify customer ID details provided. In some situations the customer will need to provide ‘independently certified’ ID (see below FAQ for more information).

Once you are registered, we will send by email a username and a temporary password. The customer can send single or multiple transactions up to a value of £800. The temporary password is valid for seven days.
I-Pay Worldwide will then send in the post to the customer’s home address a permanent password. In order to carry out further transactions, the customer needs to change the temporary password to the permanent password.
Please note, we may require further information for any transfer of £10,000 or above.
